HRD part has become the important factor to run the factory. With the best house keeping, best Food, Tea & breakfast to all employees, provided fund, paid leaves, complete medical facilities to their families, pension and best of all paying 20% bonus to all employees since last 30 years of span. This has enhanced some employees are with the factory since last 42 years. Special buses for conveyance to all over the major factor to retain all employees to serve the company for their longest.
